Port Visitor is a web based platform from MNWB that supports the development of seafarer welfare globally. The platform helps shape how governments, port owners/authorities, ship owners, unions and voluntary organisations respond to the changing needs of seafarers, and encourages the formation of welfare boards in accordance with ILO MLC, 2006.
